January 15th

“Answer me quickly, Lord;
my spirit fails.
Do not hide your face from me
or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
Let the morning being me word of your unfailing love,
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.”

Lord Jesus,

We pray for all those who are currently struggling with their mental health. Lord, where it feels like their spirit is failing or that they are in a pit that they cannot escape from, would you reveal yourself as a comforter. We thank you that you are our hope when things feel hopeless and our light when things feel dark. Would you draw near to them and reveal your presence to them

Lord, would you prompt us to reach out to someone today who may be in need of knowing your hope, comfort or encouragement.
