Soul Survivor Watford youth are a group of young people looking to find out who God is, how we can grow in the knowledge and gifts of the Holy Spirit and how we can walk with Jesus for our whole lives. We do this as a family, journeying together with lots of fun, laughter and encouragement! Together we spend time worshipping and getting to know the Bible.
If you’re in school years 7 – 13, you’re most welcome to come and join us!
Can't wait to see you soon!

Younger Youth is our Sunday morning group that meets during the 10.30am service. We spend a chunk of time eating breakfast, playing games and looking at the Bible. We aim to create a safe and fun environment and hopefully a solid start to finding out who Jesus is for themselves. We sit together during the 10.30am service just in front of the main doors and head out around 11am.

Wednesday Football is a weekly project a small group run on the Meriden Estate. Our heart is to engage with young people on the estate in football, but more importantly we want to build meaningful and consistent relationships. We always stop for half time with drinks to properly hear how everyone is doing. If you love football, or even if you don’t come and hang out with us on the football pitch near the community centre.
Time: 5pm - 6pm
Where: Near Meriden Community Centre, Watford, WD25 9ET
Youth Jam is a place for any young person who’s interested in sung worship. We spend a good amount of time really exploring why worship is so important as a Christian. We worship together and then we may break off into smaller groups to do some song writing or rearranging and then the last hour we have a go on the stage with our instruments. It’s fun, relaxed and practical! Any instruments welcome.
When: Third Monday of each month
Time: 7pm - 9pm
We view socials as an integral part to building a good, fun community with our young people. Over the year we do various outings, ranging from a milkshake at McD’s to trampolining in Milton Keynes. Once a year we go away with our youth in Feb half term – do keep an eye out for details! We always ensure our socials come from our young people’s suggestions. This is another great opportunity to invite friends along! The youth team will be in touch with any upcoming socials, there may be a small cost.
Soul Survivor | Week B
Week B is always the highlight of our year! We pile into a coach and head to Peterborough for five days of camping- I know, sounds crazy; but our friends at Soul Survivor Ministries put on a great week! It’s a great time to worship, learn more about God and experience his presence along with thousands other young people from across the world. We will be in touch with costs, dates and details.
